I think it's time to replace my trusty wc-14 with something bigger and better and I was looking at lund 1675 pro guide. Anyone here has it to give me some pointers on what too look for when guying or if there are some issues to be aware of? You could recommend other models as well, I liked this one, but it doesn't mean I have to have it

I think you can consider Alumacraft Competitor 165 Tiller? It's a roomy option. I like it the most and got personal experience.

What specific features are you looking for in a new boat, and are there any particular concerns you have about performance or maintenance that you'd like to address?

I don't own one but I must say 1675 Pro Guide a solid choice! It's got a good reputation for its construction and practical layout. Its size gives enough stability for open water and a few passenger and it can be good on smaller lakes and tight spots!

A “new” new boat or a new “ used” boat?
Best deals are on used. Just be careful of bad transoms.

I'm curious about this too. I mean, the 1675 Pro Guide is a great rig. What specific concerns does OP have, or what are they hoping to gain most from the upgrade?
