Got my eye on a Lund Renegade 1975

Yeah, I've been dreaming about owning a Lund Renegade 1975 for a long time. It's one of the coolest boats I've ever seen, especially that rear flip seat setup and, of course, the whole design and features.

But seriously, are these things just souped up jon boats, or do they actually ride better? Anyone got experience with one?

How does the ride compare when you're out on choppy water, does it feel more stable than a regular jon boat, or is it mostly just upgraded features and layout?

From looking online its got some deadrise at the stern so if by "Jon boat" you mean a basic flat bottom tinny then it should ride better.

Definitely more than just a fancy jon boat like you're trying to imply LOL. The hull design on the Renegade lets you have a muh smoother ride. Cmon don't downplay it.
