Bunks on trailer

Hi, I would like to put bunks on my trailer. Its a 14ft boat that has small rollers in the middle of trailer, and if I miss them I have to back up and try again, so I was wondered if anyone had Ideas about putting bunks on the trailer. It will be a DIY project. I can weld. Thank you.

If you can weld, well can you (cause I can't hahaha), you can try to add carpeted bunks with adjustable brackets to make loading easier. Line them up to cradle the hull.
